You retain full ownership of all data you provide to ELECTRIX. We will not use your proprietary data for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

For clients located in the European Union, nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a complaint before your local data protection authority or consumer protection body.

Termination

ELECTRIX reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our website and services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
